In 2014, we were approached by a supplier in the pet industry looking for a solution to alleviate the labor intensive, error prone aspects of their order processing as they drop shipped their products for large sales channels. 

We analyzed the complexity and developed a solution and OPAL was born and launched in the market later that year, encompassing an autonomous (touchless) approach to Order Management, including no cost EDI.  Today it connects to the Top 100 retailers and e-tailers in the eCommerce World.

Since then, OPAL has expanded to include Advanced Order Management functions, Advanced Warehouse Management functions, and Advanced Connectivity with Sales Channels and includes over 70 modules that can be added a la carte when needed to meet any supplier business need.

In 2020, OPAL has a presence in both North America and in the European market, as well.
